The Court h ereby adopts all of the findings and recommendations of the Report, including the hourly rates recommended by the Special Master. The Court awards Plaintiffs a total of $2,116,055.82 in attorneys' fees for the period of May 1, 2018 through September 30, 2018. The award shall be paid no later than May 2, 2019. The Court notes that the parties have represented to the Special Master that they do not intend to file objections to the Report. It has now been over 14 days since the Report was issued, and no objections have been filed.
