On March 17, 2015, the Honorable Thérèse Wiley Dancks, United States Magistrate Judge, advised by Report-Recommendation that defendants' motion for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56 be granted in part and denied in part. No objections to the Report-Recommendation were filed. Based upon a careful review of the entire file and the recommendations of the Magistrate Judge, the Report-Recommendation is accepted in whole. See 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). Therefore, it is ORDERED that 1. Defendants' motion for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part; 2. All claims are DISMISSED except the retaliation claims against defendants Catlin and McDermott arising from the March 28, 2011, misbehavior report and the April 6, 2011, disciplinary hearing on that report; 3.
