The Commissioner cross-moved for judgment on the pleadings. By Report-Recommendation dated October 28, 2014, the Honorable Christian F. Hummel, Dockets.Justia.com United States Magistrate Judge, recommended that the Commissioner's decision be affirmed and the Commissioner's motion for judgment on the pleadings be granted.
