Court Description: MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER dated 7/23/22 re: defendants' 18 Motion to Compel arbitration, and stay the action. Defendants motion is granted, subject to the severance of several unacceptable provisions in the arbitration agreement, and the action is stayed pending arbitration. Defendants' motion to compel arbitration is granted with the modifications to the arbitration process and the terms of the arbitration agreement described above, and the case is stayed pending arbitration, which plaintiff must commence within 60 days.
