Given its futility made obvious by plaintiff's own submission, plaintiff is denied leave to amend.Regardles s of who may have paid the filing fee here and in state court, the Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a), that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and, therefore, in forma pauperis is denied for the purpose of any appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this Memorandum and Order to plaintiff, to enter judgment accordingly, and to close this case.
