Donald Debrosse commenced this civil rights action on July 9, 2013 alleging malicious prosecution, denial of a fair trial, and abuse of process pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against defendants City ofNew York, Detective Michael Gaynor, Detective David Arvelo, Detective Lorraine Winters, Police Officer Pablo DeJesus, Detective Andrew Mennella, Detective Robert Aiello, and Detective Claude Jeanpierre, and Police Officers John/Jane Does 1-10. Debrosse filed an amended complaint on October 10, 2013, and then moved to file a second amended complaint on December 21,2015. In a Report and Recommendation issued on May 25, 2016, Magistrate Judge Cheryl L. Pollak recommended that the Court deny the plaintiffs motion to file a Second Amended Complaint. (ECF 65.)
