More than 30 days have elapsed, and plaintiff has failed to respond to the Court's order. Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to close this case and, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that final judgment be, and hereby is, entered for defendants. 28 U.S.C. § 1915A.
