II are DISMISSED with prejudice and the remainder of Plaintiff's Prisoner's Civil Rights Complaint 1 is DISMI SSED without prejudice; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff is granted leave to file an amended Prisoner's Civil Rights Complaint, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, that complies with the standards set forth in this Memorandum Opinion and Order.
