Daniels, Justice Petra Jimenez Maes, Justice Edward L. Chávez, Justice Barbara J. Vigil, and Justice Judith K. Nakamura concurring; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that new Rule 1-007.2 NMRA is APPROVED; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-referenced new rule shall be effective for all cases pending or filed on or after December 31, 2016; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is authorized and directed to give notice of the above-referenced new rule by posting it on the New Mexico Compilation Commission web site and publishing it in the Bar Bulletin and New Mexico Rules Annotated.
