The November 21st Order specifically warned that “[f]ailure to timely respond to this Order will be construed as an admission that Plaintiff cannot establish the statutory minimum amount in controversy, and accordingly, the Court will dismiss this suit for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.” For the reasons set forth in this Court’s previous Orders [Docket Nos. 3, 5, 8, and 12], this suit will be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
