Johnson, 126 F.3d 454, 456-57 (3d Cir. 1997); and WHEREAS, the Court will excuse Mr. Rivera-Soto and Mr. Reiley as Plaintiff’s counsel with the Court’s appreciation for accepting the assignment; and WHEREAS, Plaintiff shall proceed pro se in this matter from now on, THEREFORE, IT IS on this 3rd day of December, 2021 ORDERED that Roberto A. Rivera-Soto and William Patrick Reiley shall be, and hereby are, terminated as Plaintiff’s counsel.
