Court Description: ORDER granting the 1 IFP application. Payment of an initial partial filing fee is not required, but the full filing fee shall still be paid. NDOC shall pay clerk from inmate account. The Clerk shall send a copy of this order to the Clerk 's Office Finance Division and NDOC Chief of Inmate Services (NEF sent/mailed 4/25/2014). The clerk shall file the 1 -1 complaint. This action is dismissed without prejudice. This dismissal counts as a strike for purposes of 28 USC 1915(g). The clerk shall file the 1 -2 motion for immediate injunctive relief, which is denied. The clerk shall enter judgment accordingly in favor of defendants and against plaintiff.
