Unfortunately, shortly after the parties agreed to 6 their stipulation, the undersigned had a death in his family. The past week the undersigned has made 7 arrangements and had the funeral procession for his family member. 8 The last day for Plaintiff to file a response to the MSJ is September 11, 2020.
