It is r ecommended to the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska that it withdraw the reference of this adversary proceeding to enter final judgment on the plaintiff's first cause of action. In that regard, it is recommended that the district court consider the order of Judge Thomas L. Saladino of July 6, 2011 (Fil.
