Hamilton in Cause No. 4:10-CV-1191-JCH, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's claims against defendants Unknown (Doctor) Atterberry and John Doe correctional offic er of FRDC are SEVERED from the instant action, because they are not properly joined under Rule 20(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Clerk of Court is instructed to open a new case, utilizing the complaint submitted here. Pursuant to the Court's Order, only the claims against defendants Unknown (Doctor) Atterberry and John Doe correctional officer of the FRDC, will be included in this action.
