Plaintiff’s Fourteenth Amendment equal protection claim and state law claims against the defendants are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. All other claims against the defendants are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. All claims made by the parties having now been resolved, this case may be finally dismissed.
