Edmunds DEPUTY WARDEN REWERTS, Defendant. / ORDER ACCEPTING THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE’S APRIL 29, 2019 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION [20] Pending before the Court is the magistrate judge’s April 29, 2019 report and recommendation. (ECF No. 20.) The magistrate judge recommends that the Court grant Defendant’s motion to dismiss (ECF No. 12). (See id.) The Court is fully advised in the premises and has reviewed the record and the pleadings in this matter.
