ECF No. 13. For the following reasons, the Court GRANTS Defendant's Motion insofar as it seeks to transfer venue to the Northern District ofTexas. I. This action involves Harper's claims of discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act("FMLA") against Lockheed, her former employer. Harper, who self-identifies as an Afncan American female,served as a Contracts Manager at Lockheed's aeronautics division in Fort Worth, Texas from 2018 to 2020. Among other things.
