The Plaintiff filed an objection to the Recommended Decision (ECF No. 22) on November 26, 2021, and the Defendant filed a response to the objection on December 9, 2021 (ECF No. 23). I have reviewed and considered the Recommended Decision, together with the entire record, and I have made a de novo determination of all matters adjudicated by the Magistrate Judge’s Recommended Decision. I concur with the recommendations of the Magistrate Judge for the reasons set forth in the Recommended Decision and determine that no further proceeding is necessary. It is therefore ORDERED that the Plaintiff’s objection is OVERRULED, that the Recommended Decision of the Magistrate Judge is hereby ADOPTED, and that the Commissioner’s decision is AFFIRMED.
