IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all of Plaintiff Billy Burkette’s individual and official capacity claims against Travis and Phares, including for injunctive relief, are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff’s state law claims, and that further leave to amend is denied.
