An award of attorney's fees is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $3,120. Plaintiff is awarded costs, and shall file a Memorandum of Costs in the form required by the Clerk of Court within thirty days of entry of the Judgment, in accordance with Local Rule 54(c).
