The Court declines the exercise of supplemental jurisdiction over the plaintiff's potential state law claims, and this matter be dismissed. Judgment shall be entered accordingly. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 88) is denied.
