Plaintiff's 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims against Warden Tanner in his individual capacity are DISMISSED. Plaintiff's § 1983 claims against Warden McCain in his individual capacity are DISMISSED with PREJUDICE. Plaintiff's§ 1983 claims again st Secretary LeBlanc in his individual capacity are DISMISSED with PREJUDICE.
