The Court finds that defendant has shown good cause for modification of the scheduling order. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4). Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Court’s scheduling order of February 9, 20215 is modified as follows: All non-evidentiary pretrial motions, including dispositive motions and motions in limine regarding the admissibility of expert testimony, shall be submitted as of December 17, 2021.
