My company and I were sued by the United States government and the case was settled by me agreeing that neither my company or I would prepare tax returns for anyone other than ourselves. I have surrendered my tax preparer license and I am subject to serious penalties if I violate the terms of my agreement by preparing returns so please do not ask me to help you with tax returns in the future.
