The instant m otions in lim ine were filed on May 5, 20 16, and the oppositions were filed approxim ately one week later on May 12th and 13th. On May 16, 20 16, the parties delivered their joint exhibit books to cham bers. The exhibit books included a num ber of objected-to exhibits, am ong them various m edical records and personnel files. In briefing his objections to the m edical records and personnel files, Plaintiff Kevin J ordan referred the Court to his m otions in lim ine. 4 However, because the Defendant had lim ited the scope of the m edical records and personnel files in the exhibit books, the Court was unable to determ ine which portions of the m otions in lim ine still rem ained in dispute. The Court thus ordered the Plaintiff to clarify the portions of the m otions in lim ine that rem ained contested. 5 Plaintiff did so on May 19, 20 16, and the Court has now ruled on all of the 1 R.
