Plaintiff objects to Page 23, line 16, through Page 24, line 15, of Mr. McGee’s deposition. The testim ony concerns Plaintiff’s past m edical treatm ent in relation to this accident and the Defendant’s approval of and paym ent for such treatm ent. The Court finds that the testim ony is irrelevant. At the status conference on May 19, 20 16, Plaintiff’s counsel agreed to waive his m ainten ance-and-cure claim s an d his claim s for attorneys’ fees an d punitive dam ages. Because those claim s have been waived, this excerpt of Mr. McGee’s deposition testim ony is irrelevant, as the Defendant’s approval of and paym ent for Plaintiff’s past m edical treatm ent is no longer an issue in this case.
