Plaintiff's individual-capacity claims against Defendants Crews and Jordan are DISMISSED for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to terminate these Defen dants as parties to this action. Within 30 days from the entry date of this Order, Plaintiff may file an amended complaint. Plaintiff shall also complete a summons form for each newly named Defendant. The Clerk of Court is FURTHER DIRECTED to send Plaintiff a § 1983 complaint form with this case number and the words "Amended Complaint" placed in the caption.
