Orr shall disgorge his ill-gotten gains of $270,000, pay prejudgment interest in the amount of $50,766, and pay a civil penalty in the total amount of $20,0 00. The order (Dk. 47) denying the Orrs motion for leave to file surreply (Dk. 46) is vacated and the motion for leave to file the attached surreply is granted. Plaintiff SEC shall furnish the court in ten days with a proposed final judgment of disgo rgement, prejudgment interest, and civil penalty consistent with the terms of this order.
