Court Description: Order Granting Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment - Dr. Nwannunu's motion for summary judgment, dkt. 39 , is granted. The claims against Dr. Nwannunu are dismissed without prejudice. The clerk is directed to terminate Dr. John Nwann unu as a defendant in this case. Because the claims against defendants Ndiaye, Fisher and Kenekham remain pending, no final judgment shall issue at this time.
