After Plaintiff Emilee Bowyer's original complaint was dismissed, she filed an Amended Compla int in this action. See dkts. 18 and 24 . Because Ms. Bowyer is a "prisoner", this Court has an obligation to screen her amended complaint. This action is dismissed with prejudice. Judgment consistent with this Order shall now issue.
