However, Plaintiffs' claim that "C.K. was hindered and prevented from attending to usual business and affairs and lost and will lose sums of money which the Plaintiff would have otherwise acquired and earned" (Complaint p.16)is hereby STRICKEN. And, Counts 7, 8, 11, and 12 are DISMISSED for the reasons set forth above.
