Defendants' Atlanta Private Lending, LLC and James Melton's 33 Motion to Enforce Settlement is GRANTED and all claims against these Defendants are DIMSISSED, WITH PREJUDICE. Defendant Stout Street Funding, LLC's approving 14 Motion to Dismiss as to Counts One, Two and Three of Plaintiffs' Complaint is GRANTED. The se counts include the only federal claims against Defendant, and the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state law claims. Therefore, the remaining state law claims against Defendant Stout Street Funding, LLC are DISMISSED, WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiffs' 19 Motion for Leave to File First Amended Complaint is DENIED.
