Court Description: ORDER granting third-party defendants Alfred F. Skiba and A.F.S. Group, Ltd.'s 149 Motion to Set Aside Default. The Clerk is directed to set aside default against Skiba and A.F.S. Group, Ltd. The Skiba defendants will receive a twenty-one (2 1) day period to file an answer. Discovery will begin on the twenty-second (22nd) day after this order and will last for forty-five (45) days. No motions to dismiss are permitted, but Skiba and A.F.S. will be allowed to file motions for summary judgm ent within twenty-one (21) days after the close of discovery. The Court dismisses the claims of Moshe Ishakov and Nelly Ishakov and directs the Clerk to terminate them as parties. The Court also dismisses the claims of the Mallayev plaintiffs and of Sagdiana, LLC.
