Having considered the Motion, declarations, exhibits, related pleadings, and record, the Court finds that Plaintiff has shown good cause why leave should be granted allowing service of the Summonses and Complaint, and all subsequent filings in this matter upon Defendants, the Partnerships and Unincorporated Associations Identified on Schedule "A" hereto (collectively "Defendants"), via electronic mail ("e-mail") and/or website publication. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: 1. Plaintiffs Corrected Motion for Order Authorizing Alternate Service of Process on Defendants Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(f)(3) [DE #15] is GRANTED. 2.
