The Plaintiffs’ Second Amended Motion for Entry of Final Judgment is Order. GRANTED in part. 3. By May 26, 2009, the Plaintiffs shall file with the Court their prejudgment interest calculations as to the delinquent contributions to the Apprenticeship Fund and Health Care Fund. 4. The Plaintiffs are entitled to $3800.00 is attorney’s fees and $370.00 in costs. 5. Following submission of the prejudgment interest calculation the Court will enter a subsequent order directing the Clerk to enter judgment in favor of the Plaintiffs against the Defendant Champion Steel of Central Florida Corporation in the total amount of prejudgment interest, statutory penalties, attorney’s fees and costs and thereafter close the file.
