This Court has now been advised by counsel that the above action has been settled pending a vote by the Edison State College Board of Trustees. The Plaintiff states that it will take seventy-five (75) days for the Board of Trustees to review the settlement and vote on approval. Thus, the Court will administratively close the file and grant the request for an extension of time to file the settlement agreement with the Court. Accordingly, it is now ORDERED: 1.
