It is FURTHER ORDERED that final judgment is hereby entered in favor of Defendants, James Lowe, Correctional Healthcare Companies, and Clif Northam and against Plaintiff, Levolia L. Hayes. It is FURTHER ORDERED that each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees.
