The Settlement Agreement filed by the parties and attached hereto contains certain re-opening and tolling provisions, notably within Paragraph 6 thereto, and this Judgment shall not prevent or preclude any party from enforcing the Settlement Agreement, including the re-opening and tolling provisions.
