Plaintiff is entitled to and shall collectively recover from Defendant interest 2 accruing upon any unpaid portion of said $7,000,000.00 at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum 3 from the date of entry of judgment until paid in full. 4 3. Plaintiff is further entitled to, and shall collectively recover from the Defendant, its 5 actual attorneys’ fees and, costs and expenses incurred after the date hereof relative to or in 6 connection with enforcing, executing on, collecting on or confirming this Judgment according to 7 proof.
