On November 14, 2014, this matter was remanded to this Court from the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. This action was initially filed against multiple defendants, and now through settlements, 23 voluntary dismissals and summary judgment motions, all claims against all defendants have been 24 adjudicated. 25 On August 27, 2015 the last remaining defendant was dismissed. 26 Therefore, 27 IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: 28 1.
