Good cause appearing, those requests will be granted. 20 Plaintiff also asks permission to file electronically. Pro se litigants such as plaintiff are 21 generally not permitted to file electronically. Local Rule 133(a). While the court may grant an 22 exception, plaintiff has not complied Local Rule 133(b)(3) which details how to obtain an 23 exception. Accordingly, his request to file electronically will be denied. 24 Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 25 1. Plaintiff’s motion for an extension of time (ECF No. 13) is granted. 26 2. Plaintiff is granted thirty days from the date of this order in which to submit service 27 documents in accordance with the court’s March 28, 2023, order.
