The Court finds that Plaintiff’s objections do not change the Court’s conclusions in 19 the May 19, 2023 order in which adopted the Magistrate Judge’s Findings and 20 Recommendations and dismissed this action. Those Findings and Recommendations 21 are still supported by the record and by proper analysis. Accordingly, the Findings 22 and Recommendations issued May 19, 2023 remain adopted in full and this action is 23 dismissed.
