No. 7) 16 17 18 Plaintiff Robert Eugene Rojas is a county jail inmate proceeding pro se in this civil rights 19 action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge 20 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 21 On July 19, 2022, the assigned magistrate judge issued findings and recommendations, 22 recommending that this action be dismissed without prejudice due to plaintiff’s failure to comply 23 with court orders. (Doc. No. 7.) The findings and recommendations were served on plaintiff and 24 contained notice that any objections thereto were to be filed within fourteen (14) days of service. 25 (Id. at 1–2.) No objections have been filed and the time to do so has since passed. 26 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C), this court has conducted a 27 de novo review of the case.
