ORDER AND FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS SOLANO COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT, 15 Defendant. 16 17 On April 19, 2022, plaintiff was ordered to file a completed in forma pauperis affidavit 18 and a certified copy of his prison trust account statement and to do so within thirty days. ECF 19 No. 4. At that time, plaintiff was cautioned that failure to comply with the court’s order would 20 result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. Id. at 2. The thirty-day period has now 21 expired, and plaintiff has not responded to the court’s order, nor has he filed the required 22 documents. 23 24 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall randomly assign a United States District Judge to this action. 25 IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED that this action be DISMISSED without prejudice. 26 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 27 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
