On November 8, 2022, the Court issued findings and recommendations that 19 this action be dismissed for Plaintiff’s failure to pay the filing fees for this action as ordered by 20 the District Judge. See ECF No. 10. Plaintiff has filed objections to the findings and 21 recommendations in which he requests additional time to secure a cashier’s check for the filing 22 fees. See ECF No. 11.
