MARK ZUCKERBERG; FACEBOOK, 15 Defendants. 16 On April 28, 2022, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations (ECF No. 5), 17 18 which were served on the plaintiff and which contained notice that any objections to the findings 19 and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen (14) days. On May 9, 2022, plaintiff filed 20 objections to the findings and recommendations (ECF No. 6), which have been considered by the 21 court. In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C) and Local Rule 304, this 22 23 court has conducted a de novo review of this case.
