SHERRI FLETCHER, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 17 18 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff claims that defendants failed to provide adequate medical treatment in 19 violation of his Eighth Amendment rights. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate 20 Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. On July 6, 2022, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein which 21 22 were served on all parties and which contained notice to all parties that any objections to the 23 findings and recommendations were to be filed within twenty days. (ECF No. 27.) Neither party 24 has filed objections to the findings and recommendations.
