The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate 20 Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 21 On March 9, 2021, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein which 22 were served on petitioner and which contained notice to petitioner that any objections to the 23 findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. Petitioner has filed 24 objections to the findings and recommendations.1 25 26 27 28 1 Petitioner also filed a civil rights complaint with a request that the court “send petitioner’s writ to the appropriate court for proper judgment.” ECF No. 11 at 1. Petitioner is hereby informed that the dismissal of this habeas action is without prejudice to petitioner’s commencement of a civil rights action.
