The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate 19 Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. On April 6, 2020, the magistrate judge issued findings and recommendations herein which 20 21 were served on petitioner and which contained notice to petitioner that any objections to the 22 findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. ECF No. 10. Petitioner has 23 not filed objections to the findings and recommendations. The court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be 24 25 supported by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY 26 ORDERED that: 1. The findings and recommendations issued April 6, 2020 (ECF No. 10) are ADOPTED 27 28 in full; 1 2. Petitioner’s application for writ of habeas corpus is SUMMARILY DISMISSED for 1 2 failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted, and 3 3.
